Before I left the states, my AWESOME Dr. Mom gave me some reading material including Tracy Kipper's Mountains Beyond Mountains (fantastic read) and How to Think Like Leonardo Da Vinci - The latter is a book with excercises to opening your mind to the world of Da Vinci. The other night, I read that whenever Da Vinci passed a person selling caged birds... he would buy one and set it free.Well, if you know me - you know I am terribly afraid of birds, but on my journey this morning, I passed a man selling birds. C'est combien? How much? I asked. He told me the red one was 2000 FCFA and the cage was 9000. I handed him a 2000 bill. He asked, What about the cage?

UMM, FYI - that is my How to think like Leo book AND I've been looking for it. SO don't lose it or give it away....cause i've only gotten half way through and then somehow it came up missing...are you suprised?
does your fear of birds include eagles (of the philadelphia variety)? because it should... (is it okay that i trash talk while you're so far away?) hope you're well.
