I was watching a German show in English on a Hotel in Ethiopia the other day... process that for a moment. A lady had come to Africa to work as a hospitality consultant. During her exploits someone told her, "In Africa we have time. In Europe you have watches."In the spirit of pkb I present my latest piece. These are found tiles which are not bound with any sort of adhesives. If I had GPS, I would turn this into a treasure hunt - but I don't.
I took photos for you but left the mosaics on the floor of the roof for the bats.

Is it possible that you have an abundance of extra 'time' on your hands? Can you send food internationally? If I baked chocolate chip cookies.. and sealed them up good... would they make it to Africa????
please... cookies!!!! my peace corps frieds say doube triple wrap... ziplock bags and/or tupperware. Cookies are a serious commodity here!!
