Thank you for your email. I apologize for the late reply. I do recognize the many sacrifices you and all of our educators and support personnel make in teaching our children. I am working with KEA and other groups to protect, as best we can, that which you have worked for. We will do our best. The House version of the bill fully funds SEEK and restores the two instructional days back to the school calendar. The state will pay for one and the school district will be responsible for the other. It is my opinion that the Senate will concur.
