Jamboree Record: 5-1-1

The bus arrived at 8:30 am. Game day logistics: 2 home teams, 19 students, 8 family members, 2 guest appearances, 7 soccer games, 4 opposing schools. and 1 coach - me. In the end, it was a beautiful day for soccer at my Alma Mater. We walked away from the day long tournament with two winning records. The boys soccer team ended at 3-0-1. The girls team ended at 3-1-0... and I walked away with this sweet rain jacket.

DC United 2, Houston 1

Tonight we took 24 soccer players, parents and administrators to see DC United play the Houston Dynamos at RFK Stadium in North East DC. The weather was a bit muggy, but really? if that is all I can complain about - it was a great night. Thanks to DC United, DC Scores and Kicks for Kids for the tickets!
