Last month, I participated in my final American International School of Lome graduation ceremony. This time instead of presenting certificates, I got to play drums behind Yawo Attivor (not sure if I spelled your name right, Yao!) and was present this Certificate of Appreciation. It means a lot to me that they thought enough of my volunteer work to recognize me. I'm sad I scanned it crooked - apparently I'm beginning to forget how to use these fancy E-lectronics.
Well, thank you to Dr. Clover Afokpa, Director, for giving me the opportunity to create and implement my first full ESL program in a school. I hope the AISL continues to grow, prosper and educate.
