Packing my stuff preparing for the flight from Cape Town South Africa to Accra, Ghana. What an amaing vacation. After my last post, we boarded a traing from Johannesburg to Cape Town. We got to meet some wonderful people, watched the stars over the desert, traveled through the Karoo (desert) and saw the Paarl (pearl is the the name of lush region after the Karoo).
Cape Town is situated on the side of Table Mountain and False Bay (Indian Ocean). It is a grand city and is preparing for the 2010 World Cup. We ate out at Quai 4 on the harbor and took a train along the scenic coast line to visit the penguin colony at boulder Bay.
Well. there is much to say but i will leave it here and say that I think South Africa is probably one of the most naturally beautiful places I have ever visited.
Next Stop. Kokrobite, Ghana. West Africa.
