yeah - so I fell off the blogosphere map right about the time that I flew back to DC and took the Foreign Service Oral Assesment - which I did NOT pass... eh. Whatev's. People say that 70% don't pass the first time anyway. It was a taxing process. Since then, I've been back in Togo kicking around, trying to get work done but somehow LIFE always creeps in and gets in the way. :) I have some really cool trips on my motorcycle into Benin and up Mount Agou and into a National Park called Togodo... and I've spent some days dealing with the drama of an Ex-Pat community that has been here too long and, I think, are ready to move on to the next stage in life.... INCLUDING ME. :) That being said, if you know of a job that would be a good fit for me, let me know 'cause I'm in the market.
